MOTIVATIONAL COMPONENT OF PEDAGOGICAL SKILLS’ DEVELOPMENT OF FUTURE TEACHERS OF LABOR EDUCATION AND TECHNOLOGIES

Relevance. The future teachers’ motivation problem and value orientations as basic characteristics of readiness for the pedagogical skills development is one key issues in conditions professional training higher education institutions.Objective: article's aim to substantiate a theoretical way experimental investigation reasons, disclose set values orientation teachers labour technologies factors their skills.Methods: theoretical: analysis current psychological research on difficulties skills; generalization systematization approaches study personal values; empiric: questionnaire according M. Rokych’s method "Value Orientations", correlation ranking results with A. Maslow's pyramid needs; methods mathematical statistics.Results: Results: essence "pedagogical skills" concept has been clarified. Based academic sources, content such categories motives, motivation, values, specified. features motivational sphere have described. A qualitative quantitative distribution represented.Conclusions: Founded results, priority groups motives that are leading those seeking at this day stage social evolution identified, safety comfort, health, interesting work, freedom independence, productive life, development, communication.
